When a vehicle owner reports their car stolen to Police Link, the information is
uploaded to Community Watch Beacons. It identifies the wanted vehicles passing by
alerts police, vehicle owner, subscribers and the community helping with
stolen vehicle recovery and crime prevention initiative.
